Privacy Policy

The short version

There are no accounts, no sign-up, no ads, and no analytics trackers. What you type is read on our servers to answer you, and none of it is saved to disk or written to a log.

What you type to the Jester

When you describe what's breaking, your words go over HTTPS to our server so the Jester can answer and point you to the right door. For the free sample, the first 160 characters also go to the Delithius QC engine, which writes back a sample read.

Our server keeps a short form of a message in its working memory so the same message gets the same answer. That memory clears when the server restarts.

What you hand over on a page

On pages such as QC and AA-Cofix, what you paste into Hand it over goes to our server, which reads it and sends the result back. It is held in working memory while it is read, in the same way as the Jester.

On QC and AA-Cofix, the result can also ask the QC engine for a fix plan. That request carries up to three short findings from the read, not your full text.

Your vote on a fix plan

If you tap useful or not useful on a fix plan, the engine keeps the issue label and your vote in a temporary file that clears when the engine restarts. The vote carries no name, email, or other detail about you, and we use it to improve the advice.

Email you send us

When you tap Hook up and email intel@delithiuslabs.com, or write to admin@delithiuslabs.org, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it to answer you and to set up your order.

What stays on your device

The site keeps the chat hand-off, your QC views, and display settings in your browser's own storage. That stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

Other services

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and the engine. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and browser details with each request. Request logging on our content delivery network is switched off, and the run records our servers keep hold timing and errors, not your words.

Google Fonts serves the site's fonts and receives your IP address when a font loads.

grok.com serves a script from the toolkit the site was built with. Your browser fetches it from grok.com, which receives your IP address for that request.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Payments

There are no payments inside the app today. When an order is signed, the fee is paid on Stripe's own checkout. Stripe handles card details under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy, and we do not see full card numbers.

Children

Delithius QC is built for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Email admin@delithiuslabs.org to ask about, correct, or delete anything you sent us. Since our servers keep none of what you type once they restart, and write none of it to disk, most requests concern email you sent us, and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
